The Universe of Social Defence Foundation(USDF) is a premier, women-led non-profit organization dedicated to bridging the critical gap between education and employment. For over a decade, USDF has empowered youth from socially and economically marginalized backgrounds by providing industry-relevant, skills-based training. By seamlessly integrating practical vocational education with higher learning and robust industry partnerships, the foundation prepares students for both stable employment and successful entrepreneurial ventures.
Driven by its flagship "Growing India Blowing Youth" initiative (Since 2016), the organization has achieved remarkable scale—successfully training over 5 lakh candidates nationwide through various short-term and long-term programs and collaborations, including more than 3.5 lakh youth upskilled in the last five years alone.
Beyond vocational training, USDF maintains a vast educational infrastructure spanning over 150 bighas in Madhya Pradesh. This national network includes four specialized training centers alongside nine recognized colleges offering degrees in Nursing, Paramedical sciences, B.Ed, Pharmacy, and Law. Looking ahead, the foundation is set to further expand its medical education footprint with a proposed medical college in Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh.
