GROWING INDIA-BLOWING YOUTH

Core Objective: Socio-economic welfare through free, short-term skill development and healthcare courses.

Launched in 2016 by the team of Universe of Social Defence Foundation (USDF) — a non-profit organization dedicated to public welfare—the "Growing India-Blowing Youth" (GI-BY) initiative was conceptualized to bridge the gap between education, employability, and community health. Recognizing that the nation's future relies on its demographic dividend, this project provides high-quality, industry-relevant, short-term vocational and welfare training entirely free of cost to youth, women, and seniors from underserved communities.

• Mobilization & Awareness: The USD Foundation conducts community outreach programs and localized counseling camps to identify motivated youth, women, and caregivers who lack access to premium training.

• Practical-First Pedagogy: Training centers are structured to mirror actual work and healthcare environments, prioritizing hands-on lab work, assignments, and experiential learning over pure theory.

• Certification & Community Linkage: Upon successful completion of the courses, students receive formal certification from the foundation, opening doors to local employment, self-employment, and healthcare volunteering.
